Operations & support
Systems operations and technical support
We set up operations and define monitoring, backup and recovery, releases and support according to each institution's environment and agreed scope.
Operations cycle
Continuity built on clear responsibilities
Support hours, response priorities and recovery targets for each project are set in a written agreement.
Monitoring & alerts
Tracking service indicators, errors and agreed alerts according to the operating environment. Issues are spotted early rather than reported by users.
Backup & recovery
Scheduling backups, defining retention periods and testing recovery. The plan follows the sensitivity of the data.
Releases & updates
Deploying changes in a controlled way, with checks before and after each release. An appropriate rollback plan is ready.
Performance & capacity
Reviewing performance, resources and bottlenecks. Problems are addressed before they affect the user journey.
Incident management
Classifying impact and priority, escalating and documenting. Everything follows the agreed responsibilities.
Documentation & knowledge transfer
Operating guides, responsibilities and procedures. They help the institution sustain the system internally.
Support scope
What technical support covers
Support is defined per system, operating environment and institutional need rather than as fixed packages.
- Following system operations after delivery
- Fixing software bugs
- Phased updates and improvements
- Regular backups
- Hosting, domain and SSL certificate follow-up
- Change requests, new modules and integrations
- Training new users

Want a new system with an operations plan from the start?
We design operations, backup and support together with the system, not after it launches.
