Privacy and terms

This website is run by SysTrac for Systems & Technology Solutions. When you send a request through the contact, technical proposal or support form, we keep the details you enter in the form:

• Your name.
• Your phone number.
• Your email address, if you enter one.
• The name of your institution or organisation.
• The type of request you choose, and its priority for support requests.
• Your message or description of the need.

This data is stored in a protected database that only authorised members of the SysTrac team can access, and we use it only to reply to your request and follow it up. We do not sell your data or share it with others for marketing.

The hosting platform records general statistics about page visits, such as the number of visits and the most-read pages, in a privacy-friendly way. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools for advertising.

The website uses only what it needs to work. You can control cookies from your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect some website functions.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us with the name and phone number used in your request. We act on the request once we have verified that it comes from the person the data belongs to, unless keeping the data is required by an existing contractual or legal obligation.

The content of this website is for information and is not a binding contractual offer. The scope, duration, cost and obligations of every project are set out in a separate proposal or contract.

Project statuses are shown as they are at the time of publication. They describe what was achieved in each project, not a guarantee of a similar result in another project.

Rights in the SysTrac name, content and materials are reserved by their owners, and commercial reuse is not permitted without written permission.
