FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Direct answers that help institutions evaluate how we work before a project begins.

Before contracting

What institutions ask us

How do you start a project?

We begin with a discovery session that analyses procedures, roles, data and existing systems. We then define the scope, acceptance outputs and an estimated schedule.

Do you provide a technical proposal before contracting?

Yes. We provide an initial concept or a technical proposal depending on how clear the requirements are. Large projects and tenders need scope documents or enough analysis sessions before we commit.

Who owns the code and the data?

Ownership, licences and handover are defined in the contract. The institution's data remains its own, and access, backup, recovery and handover arrangements are documented.

How do you handle security and permissions?

We define roles and the least privilege each role needs, and we review sensitive operations, audit logs and backups. Final controls are matched to the sensitivity of the project.

Can you integrate with our current systems?

Yes, when approved interfaces or data-exchange mechanisms are available. We start by inventorying systems and data, then design and test the integration step by step.

Do you provide hosting and operations?

Hosting, monitoring, backup and support can be included in the operating scope, or the system can be handed over to run in the institution's own environment.

Does the project include training and documentation?

Yes. Depending on the contract, it includes training for users and administrators, operating guides, technical documentation and a knowledge-transfer plan.

How do you determine duration and cost?

They are determined once the modules, roles, integrations, data, security and acceptance requirements are clear. That is why we give an estimate once we understand the scope.

Can we see previous work?

Yes. The projects page shows our work with its real status, including live systems you can visit, such as the Faculty of IT portal and the university timetable platform at the University of Saba Region.

Have a question about your project?

Send a short description of the need and we will explain the right next step, with no prior commitment.
